One of the things Tommie loves to do, other than design, animate, teach, and preach... is write. His love for writing was encouraged by one of his professors at Temple University. After he graduated, he continued to write his wife Leila several poems for various occasions. Tommie has finally put a collection of his poetry in a book He calls "Written Images". His other book that you might enjoy is one that he wrote and illustrated for children and teens, called "Get Ready For Tommy T". It is a series of 13 bible-based rap songs that Tommie calls Righteous Acappella Poetry. It's a great book to supplement your class with, including questions after each rap.
